WZ-series vortex brake for crane and metallurgical use conforms to JB7561-94 tandard----The technical condition for WZ-series vortex brake for crane and metallurgical. The vortex brake combines with YZR-series wire-wound and rotor motor, which can make drive and speed regulation in accordance with the control. (The range of speed regulation is up to 1:10 for opening, and 1:20 for closing.) It has advantages of stable low-speed regulation, no out-of-control zone and reliable running.

 

 

Electrical machinery performance:

 

1) The ambient temperature cannot exceed 40℃for class F insulated motor and 60℃ for class H insulated motor.
2) not above sea level 1000m.
3) Frequent and outstanding mechanical oscillation and strike.
4) The excited voltage of the vortex brake is 160±30V,D.C.
The normal duty of the vortex brake is S3. The normal ratio of loading is 15%.
Every working period is 10 minutes.
Technical data sheet shows the corresponding relationships of rated brake torque, limited brake torque, moment of inertia(Jm), excited current and frame.
